Shipment processing time ?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates ?

We currently offer standard shipping, which is completely free of charge.

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking ?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 24 hours once your order has been placed.

Within 3 business days after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

Can I change my address ?

Can I get delivery to countries outside of the US ?
